The previous big name of engineering industry who engineered our house let us down by not responding to quote requests for changes that council has requested despite constant follow up. He came out on site to do a soil test and did the revisions to engineering in quickest possible time as required. Okay this is a random account I made just to write this review, EVERYTIME I CALL THE MAIN OFFICE THE LINE IS ALWAYS BUSY, no matter what time I’m the day it’s always busy and no one ever gets back to you, absolutely pathetic.
